Q1. What if I have forgotten my login details? Answer: If you have forgotten your password please go to our automated password reminder system. There you will be asked to enter your username or email address. Once you have entered this information you will be presented with the security question you set when you registered. Upon answering the security question your username and password will be emailed to your registered email address. Click here to try the reminder system. Q2. What if I have forgotten my security answer? Answer: If you have forgotten your security answer you will need to create a new account. For security reasons we cannot divulge any information, such as passwords, to any persons who do not know the correct password or security answer. This is for your protection. Q3. What if Ii don't collect email from my registered eMail account any more? Answer: If you no longer collect email on the account you joined with you can change to a new email account once you are logged in. Q4. I received an email from LustMatch.com but I did not join? Answer: If you did not join Lustmatch it is possible that somebody has joined LustMatch on your behalf or joined using your email address. This is a direct violation of our terms of use and we will act immediately to remove your email address from our system upon confirmation. To remove your email address from an account you did not set up please contact support detailing the problem. We will then send a confirmation email to the email address in question. You must reply without changing the subject line to confirm you are the legitimate owner of that address.
